Craig Knight has returned to Wrexham to take up the role of professional development phase lead coach with the Championship club from north Wales. Uefa pro licence holder Knight spent a decade with the Football Association of Wales (FAW) but started his playing career in Wrexham's academy. Wrexham say Knight will now be responsible for "leading the training and games programme for our under-18 side and helping the transition of academy players into the first team".
