Lamar Jackson listed as DNP with another injury to his toe as Ravens face short week ahead of Thanksgiving game vs. Bengals

Lamar Jackson was listed as a DNP for an estimated Baltimore Ravens practice Monday for a third straight week with another new injury, this time to his toe.

The injury for Jackson, whose 2025 season has been plagued by them, wasn't previously disclosed. Jackson missed a practice last week with an ankle injury. The week prior, he was sidelined with knee soreness. Jackson previously missed three games with a hamstring injury.

Monday's injury surfaced on a short week for the Ravens as they prepare for a Thanksgiving matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals, who expect to have quarterback Joe Burrow back from his own toe injury

The Ravens conducted a walkthrough on Monday rather than a full practice. Jackson's status indicates that he would not have been available had the Ravens practiced in full. The precise nature of the injury isn't clear.

When asked about Jackson's status, head coach John Harbaugh told reporters Monday that "he's good," indicating that he expects Jackson to play on Thursday.

Harbaugh has previously projected Jackson's return from injury this season only for Jackson to miss another game. With Baltimore on a short week, Jackson's status is worth watching ahead of Thursday's game.

After a 1-5 start, the Ravens have won five straight to move into a tie atop the AFC North with the Pittsburgh Steelers at 6-5. But neither the Ravens nor Jackson have inspired much confidence during the win streak as Baltimore's offense has struggled frequently in four wins against Dolphins, Vikings, Browns and Jets teams that are nowhere near playoff contention.

The injuries have clearly limited Jackson, who's shown little resembling his two-time MVP form on the field since returning from his hamstring injury. In his last two games, Jackson has completed 56.3% of his passes for 173 yards per game with 0 touchdowns and 2 interceptions. He totaled 21 yards rushing yards in those two games on 11 carries (1.9 yards per carry).

And now he's dealing with a toe injury on top of his other ailments. If he is able to go against the Bengals, the additional injury remains one more thing for Jackson and the Ravens to be concerned about.
